Role Description
The Fulfillment Assistant supports daily order fulfillment activities and ensures customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
The role assists with order processing, inventory coordination, picking and packing, shipment preparation, and delivery tracking.
Core Responsibilities
- Review and process orders, verifying product details, quantities, availability, shipping information, and special requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, inventory, customer service, and other teams to prepare and dispatch orders.
- Monitor order and shipment status and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
- Assist with resolving order discrepancies, inventory issues, returns, cancellations, and other fulfillment-related matters.
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, packing lists, and system updates while maintaining accurate fulfillment records.
- Assist with stock checks, identify inventory discrepancies, and communicate inventory issues to relevant teams.
- Identify recurring fulfillment problems and support efficient workflow improvements.
- Manage multiple orders and priorities while maintaining accuracy and timely execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
