Role Description
Support demand forecasting, sales analysis, inventory planning, and related planning activities.
Review demand information and prepare accurate planning data to help anticipate customer requirements and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and review historical sales data, demand forecasts, inventory information, promotions, product launches, and other relevant inputs.
- Support demand forecasts, planning reports, forecasting files, and regular demand updates.
- Coordinate with demand planning, supply planning, sales, marketing, product, merchandising, procurement, inventory, and operations teams.
- Monitor sales trends, identify demand variances, highlight unusual changes, and support investigation of forecast or data discrepancies.
- Prepare data for forecast reviews, track forecast changes, and communicate key updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential inventory risks, including shortages, excess stock, slow-moving products, and significant changes in customer demand.
- Maintain accurate planning data, support standardized forecasting processes, and help improve forecast visibility and reporting quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
