• In this role, you will contribute to the efficient execution of logistics operations by coordinating the receipt, shipment, and transportation of goods. You will work within a structured environment where organization, attention to detail, and collaboration are essential to ensuring effective service delivery to both internal and external customers, while meeting quality, compliance, and cost requirements.
• Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation and shipping activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and operationally effective deliveries.
• Prepare, verify, and manage documentation related to shipments, receipts, and transportation activities, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulatory and customs requirements.
• Manage relationships with carriers and logistics service providers, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and the continuous improvement of service levels.
• Control transportation costs through invoice validation, expense tracking, and the optimization of shipping methods and transportation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal production, procurement, and planning teams to support end-to-end logistics operations, maintain data accuracy within systems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
