This position reports to:

Local Division Manager Motion High Power & Motion Drive Products UAE

You will be a part of an 18-month rotational program.

Different rotations focused on developing inside sales, marketing, operations, project management leaderships skills and ABB product knowledge.

You will complete the rotational program within one of ABB’s Business Areas (Motion).

This global program is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking.

The work model for this role (onsite)

This program is contributing to one of ABB’s Business Areas (Motion) based in Dubai UAE

• Learn about yourself and ABB’s global business
• Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills
• Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars
• Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness by managing research and analysis projects
• Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

• Fresh Graduate Bachelor of electrical Engineering discipline who has completed university studies before the start of the program
• Desire to learn and grow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Great organizational skills
