This Position reports to:

• Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.
• Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
• Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
• You are engaged in working with MOHP Production in High Power Solutions business Line.
• You have 7+ years of experience in Prdouction of Converters
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP & Power BI.
• You are passionate about Productivity , Cotinual Improvement, Capacity Enhancement, safety & Sustainability.
• Degree in BE/B.tech - E&E & E&C
• You are at ease communicating in Kannada & English .
