Role Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions.
The role focuses on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and digital transformation through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead scalable CSM solution design and delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices.
- Provide hands-on expertise across Case Management, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, and Customer Onboarding.
- Apply knowledge of CSM data models, case lifecycles, and customer workflows.
- Architect and manage real-time integrations with CRM, finance, and third-party platforms.
- Use REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and integration workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with CRM, ERP, financial, and external application platforms.
- Oversee interoperability and seamless data flow across platforms.
- Apply Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog processes aligned with ITIL.
