- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance, breakdown support, commissioning, warranty, and AMC activities for diesel generators
- Assign and monitor field service engineers/technicians to ensure timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Manage service requests, job cards, warranty claims, and service documentation while meeting response and resolution KPIs
- Coordinate spare parts availability and support efficient execution of maintenance and repair activities
- Prepare AMC quotations, follow up on renewals, and maintain customer service contracts
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and timely updates on service status
- Generate service reports, maintain equipment service history, and monitor team productivity and performance
- Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO quality standards, and company service procedures
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating service activities for diesel generators or similar equipment
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown support, commissioning, warranty, and AMC activities
- Ability to manage service requests, job cards, warranty claims, and service documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
