Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Group's Real Estate Management Division
- Develop operational policies, procedures and reporting frameworks for the business
- Manage the Group's residential, commercial and investment property portfolio
- Oversee leasing activities, lease renewals, tenant onboarding and tenant relationship management
- Maximize occupancy levels and rental income across the portfolio
- Manage the operation of furnished accommodation and short term rental properties
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, service contracts and facility management
- Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor departmental performance against approved budgets
- Develop strategies to improve rental yields, occupancy and operational efficiency
- Monitor property operating costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with legal, finance and external consultants on property related matters
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE real estate regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in real estate management or property management
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a senior management role
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial and investment properties
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of property management, leasing operations, tenant relationship management, facility & maintenance management, short term rental operations, budgeting & financial management, contract administration, UAE real estate regulations, business development, Microsoft Office and property management software
- Experience in short term rental operations, holiday homes or serviced apartments preferred
- Experience establishing or growing a property management business preferred
- Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- RERA certification or relevant UAE real estate qualifications preferred

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced General Manager to establish and lead the Group's newly incorporated Real Estate Management Division.
- Initially, the role will focus on managing the Group's existing investment property portfolio, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance coordination and operation of furnished accommodation for short term rentals.
- As the business expands, the General Manager will be responsible for developing third party property management services and growing the division into a profitable business unit.

Candidate Profile Experience

- Experience establishing or growing a property management business will be an advantage.
Educational Qualifications
