Responsibilities
- Manage monthly consolidation of management accounts across all subsidiaries
- Consolidate annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Review monthly financial performance of each subsidiary and investigate significant variances
- Work with subsidiary finance teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and assist subsidiaries in resolving audit observations
- Prepare Board presentations, monthly management reports and CFO reports
- Follow up on implementation of Board decisions
- Assist the Group CFO in implementing adequate internal controls
- Support the Group CFO on strategic finance assignments
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA or CPA (Mandatory)
- Big 4 audit experience in UAE (Mandatory)
- 5–8 years of experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial Group Finance / Financial Reporting / Audit Manager role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT

Qualifications & Experience

- At least 3 years in a managerial Group Finance / Financial Reporting / Audit Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT.
