- Supervise accounting operations of Holding Company and designated subsidiaries
- Review books of accounts
- Ensure timely monthly and annual closing
- Review financial statements
- Resolve accounting issues across subsidiaries in coordination with the Head of FP&A
- Coordinate statutory audits of the Holding Company
- Liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax
- Support Group CFO on Banking matters
- Support Group CFO on Treasury & Liquidity management
- Monitor debt covenants and financing obligations
Requirements
- CA / ACCA / CPA (Mandatory)
- Big 4 audit experience preferred
- 12–15 years experience
- UAE experience mandatory
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT

Job Description
