Job Summary

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are hiring a Service Project Manager to lead telecom maintenance and managed service projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

The role requires end-to-end ownership of service delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
  • telecom delivery and managed service projects
  • from planning through to closure
  • Act as the
  • primary interface with customers
  • for operations, escalations, maintenance, and service delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered
  • on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
  • Monitor and manage
  • KPIs, SLAs, risks, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead
  • monthly customer meetings
  • to review performance, outages, issues, and action plans
  • Prepare reports on
  • network status, delivery progress, major incidents, cost control, and service quality
  • Support
  • contract management, maintenance planning, and spare parts strategy
  • Ensure compliance with
  • safety, EHS, customer processes, and internal standards
  • Handle
  • customer complaints, escalations, and major outage resolution
  • Support
  • service sales, renewals, and identification of new business opportunities
  • Manage
  • project financials
  • , including cost control, invoicing, profitability, and resource utilization

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or a related field

Required & Preferred Skills

  • Minimum
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom project management / service delivery / managed services / operations
  • Strong knowledge of
  • wireless, transmission, core network, or telecom maintenance domains
  • Solid understanding of
  • project management, SLA/KPI management, risk management, and customer engagement
  • Strong
  • communication and presentation skills
  • , with ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting
  • **PMP or equivalent certification is preferred**
  • **Fluent English required; Arabic is mandatory**
  • Experience working with
  • telecom operators (e.g., du, Etisalat) or within the GCC region is highly preferred
