Service Manager - Charging Infra

Collaborate with local Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) to secure reliable EV Power supply for charging stations.

Identify and engage contractors capable of obtaining EV Power within the designated territory

Understand the rules and regulations of each territory & DISCOM and make sure that the power is landed as per the expected costs

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure effective communication and coordination with local operations teams.

Billing and Reimbursement:

Oversee the generation, timely payment, and reimbursement of electricity bills with various stakeholders.

Ensure accurate billing and adherence to financial agreements.

Single Point of Contact:

Serve as the central point of contact for local operations teams, addressing their queries and providing necessary support.
