Role Overview
Support ground operations for after-sales service across Exponent's electric bus fleet.
Help customers maintain a seamless experience by improving uptime, field response, and service quality.
The role reports to the Service Manager - HV and works with the HV Bus After Sales and Service team.
Location and Travel
- The role is based in Bengaluru, India.
- The position requires frequent travel to depots and customer sites.
- Field support may be provided on-site or remotely where possible.
After-Sales Support
- Provide timely field support to EV bus fleet customers and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Ensure turnaround times for field service support and keep the fleet operational.
- Lead and manage distributed Bus Field Technician teams across multiple locations.
- Assign tasks, train team members, monitor performance, and maintain discipline and service quality.
Service Coordination
- Coordinate with product quality, supply-chain, and customer support teams on spare parts and service schedules.
