- Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old

Overview

- Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
- Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive technician background is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
- Team oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
- $64,000 – $91,000 annually (earnings based on performance, experience, and commission)
