Overview Of The Role

  • Join BYD and Al Futtaim Electric Mobility as an EV Service Advisor and become the face of one of the world's fastest growing electric vehicle brands.
  • Guide customers through their EV service journey, providing expert advice, exceptional service, and a seamless aftersales experience.
  • Play a key role in building customer loyalty, driving revenue, and ensuring every customer receives a transparent, professional, and positive experience.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome customers and provide professional advice on EV maintenance, repairs, charging systems, and service requirements.
  • Create service estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Build long term customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with EV Technicians and workshop teams to ensure timely repair completion.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process with regular updates.
  • Promote additional services, accessories, charging solutions, and maintenance packages where appropriate.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with a clear explanation of all work completed.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies and procedures.

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Basic understanding of EV technology, charging systems, and EV ownership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and upselling abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a simple and customer friendly manner.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Customer focused and results driven mindset.

What Equips You For The Role

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer facing Aftersales role within the automotive industry.
  • Experience with EV or Hybrid brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer handling and relationship building skills.
  • Good understanding of workshop operations and service processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
