About the Role

- Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements
- Prepare repair orders and accurately document customer complaints and vehicle conditions
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to diagnose issues and determine required repairs
- Provide customers with repair estimates, timelines, and service recommendations
- Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs or services
- Monitor job progress and proactively update customers on repair status
- Ensure all warranty and service contract procedures are followed correctly
- Prepare invoices, explain completed work, and arrange vehicle handover
- Promote value added services, maintenance packages, and genuine parts when appropriate
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets while supporting workshop productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service center
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair processes
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner
- Experience using DMS or workshop management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Arabic (Required)

Job Summary

- AED 5,000.00 AED 5,500.00 per month
