Job Overview

  • BAIC is looking for a dynamic and results driven Fleet Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing automotive sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate, government, SME, and fleet segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, rental companies, and government entities.
  • Promote BAIC vehicle solutions and provide customized fleet proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities through CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including finance, registration, logistics, and after sales teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in automotive fleet sales / corporate sales / B2B sales.
  • Previous experience in automotive dealership or vehicle fleet business is preferred.
  • Arabic speaker is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of UAE automotive market and fleet customer requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel and conduct client visits across UAE.

Pay

  • AED 7,000.00 per month
