About the Role
BAIC is looking for a dynamic Fleet Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to develop corporate and fleet business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate, government, SME, and fleet segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, rental companies, and government entities
- Promote BAIC vehicle solutions and provide customized fleet proposals based on customer requirements
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and negotiations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities through CRM
- Coordinate with internal departments including finance, registration, logistics, and after sales teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in automotive fleet sales / corporate sales / B2B sales
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Strong understanding of UAE automotive market and fleet customer requirements
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills

Job Overview
- BAIC is looking for a dynamic and results driven Fleet Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing automotive sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
