- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and direct them to the relevant department

- Support the Sales Team with customer communication and coordination

- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
- Previous experience in an automotive showroom or dealership is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Arabic language skills will be an advantage
- Professional appearance and customer oriented attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
