Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage digital marketing activities across social media, websites, and online platforms
- Create and coordinate marketing content including campaigns, promotional materials, and product communications
- Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing strategies that support lead generation and vehicle sales
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and product launches
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare performance reports
- Manage social media calendars and coordinate with creative teams for content development
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and lead generation initiatives
- Ensure all marketing materials align with BAIC brand guidelines and corporate standards
- Track customer engagement and campaign effectiveness to improve marketing outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign management
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools is preferred
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the UAE automotive market is an advantage
- Automotive experience: 4 years (Required)
- Arabic language (Required)
