Job Description
- The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service.
- Assist the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards.
- Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Applicant with general food knowledge.
- Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards.
- Discreetly clear tables, perform side work, polish silverware, refill condiment containers, and crumb tables.
- Outgoing personality and a can do approach.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Degree & Diploma in Hotel Management.
