About the Role
Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar is seeking an In Room Dining Assistant Server to join their luxury hospitality team. The role involves greeting guests, describing menu items, setting up and breaking down room service tables, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests by name and describe selected items using vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Breakdown, clean, and set up room service tables, condiment set ups, flatware, dishware, and side stations
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests
- Properly close guest checks and settle voided checks or complimentary meals
- Take guest orders in the absence of order taker
- Plate and prepare small food items
- Assist with service of food items and cleaning of operational areas
- Stock and replenish ice for guest rooms
- Respect the privacy of all guest rooms
- Report any unusual incidents, persons, or items found on guest floors
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in related field
- Excellent command in English
- Service passion for luxury hospitality and an eye for detail
- Arabic is an advantage

Essential Functions
- Greet guests by name and describe selected items using vivid descriptions.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 1 2 years of experience in related field.
