- Lead day to day infrastructure operations and service delivery activities
- Manage Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup systems
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL best practices
- Monitor SLA and KPI performance and implement continual service improvement initiatives
- Act as the technical escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents
- Manage and mentor L1 and L2 support engineers
- Coordinate maintenance windows, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve complex technical issues
- Produce operational reports, capacity planning, risk assessments, and service review documentation
- Ensure compliance with security policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements
- Support cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 15+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Hands on experience with VMware and/or Hyper V virtualization
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, backup, storage, and disaster recovery
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, incident, problem, and change management
- Previous experience leading technical support or infrastructure teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Role Overview
