- Design, develop, and implement AI powered conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build and optimize chatbots, AI agents, conversational flows, topics, prompts, and automated interactions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Generative AI and automation solutions
- Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external enterprise applications
- Configure and maintain knowledge sources to enhance AI response accuracy and user engagement
- Utilize APIs, connectors, and automation tools to extend Copilot capabilities
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve deployed solutions
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Virtual Agents
- Strong expertise in Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
- Experience delivering Conversational AI, Chatbot, or AI Agent solutions
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs, connectors, or Microsoft services
- Good understanding of Generative AI, intelligent automation, and modern AI technologies
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders
- Strong communication, consulting, and problem solving skills

Role Overview
- Looking for an experienced Senior Copilot Studio Consultant to join growing team in UAE.

- Role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI powered solutions integrated within Microsoft ecosystem.

- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, AI, or Azure.
- Previous consulting experience delivering enterprise automation or AI transformation projects.
