Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation program from planning through post go live stabilization
- Develop and execute the overall ERP implementation roadmap, project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance framework
- Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to align business objectives with technical delivery
- Coordinate System Integrators, vendors, consultants, and internal cross functional teams
- Lead fit gap analysis, solution validation, and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Oversee ERP configuration, customizations, integrations, and extension delivery
- Direct end to end data migration activities including cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning
- Drive testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quality assurance
- Lead organizational change management, user training, communication, and business readiness initiatives
- Execute go live planning, cutover activities, hypercare support, and post implementation stabilization
- Monitor project KPIs, financial benefits realization, process improvements, and ERP adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of ERP Project Management experience
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle ERP implementations as Project Manager
- Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV upgrade projects
- Proven experience leading enterprise wide Finance or ERP transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Financial Reporting)
- Experience managing data migration, ERP integrations, testing cycles, and go live planning
- Experience working with external System Integrators and global delivery teams
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar Project Management certification highly preferred
