Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service within a 4 star or 5 star hotel or premium dining environment.
- Strong understanding of menu offerings, food preparation methods, and ability to provide recommendations and upsell items.
- Proficient in guest service delivery, including order taking, service execution, and handling guest feedback.
- Ability to manage a designated service section, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure smooth operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle cashiering procedures and maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
