About Zabeel House The Greens

  • Located in the social heart of Dubai with close proximity to Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Zabeel House The Greens offers travellers a range of facilities including co working spaces, a rooftop pool, a fitness centre, two outdoor padel courts, and wellness and dining facilities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide information about seating arrangements.
  • Explain menu items, including preparation methods and ingredients. Address any inquiries about allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Inform guests about daily specials and promotions not listed on the menu, ensuring they are aware of all available options.
  • Verify guests' identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service, adhering to local laws.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting any special requests, and communicate these promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food using appropriate techniques, ensuring adherence to established serving standards and handling practices.

About You

  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service within a 4 star or 5 star hotel or premium dining environment, with strong knowledge of service standards.
  • Strong understanding of menu offerings, food preparation methods, and the ability to provide recommendations and upsell items in line with brand standards.
  • Proficient in guest service delivery, including order taking, service execution, and handling guest feedback while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage a designated service section, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle cashiering procedures and maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
