- Inform guests about daily specials and promotions not listed on the menu
- Verify guests' identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting any special requests, and communicate these promptly to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food using appropriate techniques, ensuring adherence to established serving standards and handling practices
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in F&B service within luxury hospitality
- Higher Secondary School certificate (or equivalent), with basic Food Safety & Hygiene training required
- Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant certifications considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

About You
- 1–2 years’ experience in F&B service within luxury hospitality, with exposure to high end dining environments and guest interaction.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams such as F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office, as well as external guests and support colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Higher Secondary School certificate (or equivalent), with basic Food Safety & Hygiene training required.
- Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant certifications considered an advantage, supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
