Urgent joining needed, We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Waiter to join our restaurant team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality skills, leadership ability, and experience in delivering excellent dining service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer questions and resolve minor complaints politely
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth operations
- Train and guide junior waiters and new staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas
- Monitor table setup and service quality
- Assist in managing reservations and busy service hours
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel
- Experience in a senior waiter or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team player with leadership qualities
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Languages
- English (Required)
- Hindi
- Basic Arabic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
