Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso based coffee drinks, fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, and specialty beverages
- Greet and welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, bar, and service area
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints politely
- Assist in stock checking and inventory of beverages and supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
- Handle billing or POS system if required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or waiter/waitress preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Ability to multitask (bar + service duties)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, presentable, and well groomed personality
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 1–2 years experience in café, restaurant, or coffee shop

Job Overview
- We are looking for an energetic and customer focused Barista Cum Waiter/Waitress to prepare a variety of beverages including coffee, juices, mocktails, and matcha drinks, while also providing excellent table service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso based coffee drinks (latte, cappuccino, americano, etc.)
- Make fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, and cold beverages
- Prepare specialty drinks such as matcha, iced drinks, and signature beverages
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
- Maintain consistency in taste and quality of all drinks
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and bar equipment
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Handle customer requests, feedback, and complaints politely
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or waiter/waitress preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Ability to multitask (bar + service duties)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, presentable, and well groomed personality
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years experience in café, restaurant, or coffee shop
- Experience in specialty coffee or juice bars is an advantage
Work Conditions
- Shift based work (including weekends and holidays)
- Fast paced customer facing environment
- Standing for long hours required
Pay
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED4,000.00 per month
