About the Role

- Manage overall kitchen operations
- Prepare and supervise Indian, Mughlai, Arabic, BBQ, Grill, and Biryani dishes
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials
- Control food cost, wastage, and inventory
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety standards
- Plan purchasing requirements and stock control
- Coordinate with management on promotions and menu engineering
Requirements
- Minimum 8 10 years of professional culinary experience
- Minimum 3 years as Sous Chef in UAE
- Strong knowledge of Indian & Mughlai Cuisine, Arabic Grills & BBQ, Biryani & Rice Dishes, Continental Breakfast & Fast Casual Menu
- Experience in food costing and kitchen management
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- HACCP/Food Safety knowledge preferred

Key Responsibilities
