Role Overview
- Our client is a fast growing consumer platform combining VOIP and chat communications with an expanding fintech suite.
- Looking for an SVP of Product to lead the consumer product and business organization.
- This is a senior, execution focused leadership role with full P&L ownership across communications and financial services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Own end to end product strategy and P&L across firm's consumer product lines.
- Define and execute the roadmap for VOIP, chat, and the full fintech suite.
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer acquisition across product lines.
- Set clear OKRs and hold the organisation accountable for commercial outcomes.
- Launch and scale Remittance, Cards, Payroll, Wealth, Micro Lending, and Acquiring products.
- Identify market specific opportunities and drive category leadership in priority markets.
- Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to ship at pace.
- Lead and scale a high performing product organization across multiple verticals.
- Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic priorities.
- Instill a culture of ownership, urgency, and data driven decision making.
- Act as the voice of the product to external stakeholders, partners, and regulators.
