Responsibilities
- Meet individually with clients to determine financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets
- Offer strategic advice on products and services
- Perform market research to stay current with financial trends
- Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry
- Monitor clients' portfolios actively for risk mitigation purposes
- Relay the house view after assimilating information across various information sources
- Work with Relationship Managers on investment ideas, articulate investment concepts, create investment proposals and conduct portfolio reviews
- Participate as a member of the Investment & Risk Committee
- Actively generate product solutions and keep abreast of product and regulatory changes
- Propose new product ideas and promote ideas approved by the Product council
- Develop, monitor and follow up on new trading ideas related to cash equities, bonds, FX as well as structured products
Requirements
- Experience as an Investment Advisor at Director level
- Ability to determine financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets
- Knowledge of financial products including equities, bonds, FX, structured products
- Strong market research skills
- Compliance with financial regulations
