About This Team
The Global UX Design function is part of the Global Digital and Omni team.
We lead user-centered experience strategy, design systems, and production-ready design across lululemon’s digital ecosystem.
The Guest Support UX team designs tools for our Educators in our support center and carefully crafts the experiences for all channels Guests use to connect with us.
Our work supports a growing global audience, requiring thoughtful consideration of regional behaviors, expectations, and constraints while maintaining a cohesive brand and platform experience.
As a Senior UX Designer in Guest Support you will be designing the future experiences that our Guests and Educators will use to connect with each other and the brand, think; softwares and systems, and channels; email, forms, phone, and chat.
We support customer journeys from service to sales across a variety of platforms.
You will be utilizing the latest technologies to create the best environment for Educators to support our Guests.

You will operate with high autonomy, lead your own workstreams, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to ship thoughtful, high-impact solutions.
Think less screen-by-screen execution, more systems-level thinking.

Core Responsibilities
- Closely partner with Product, Technology and Business to create the vision for new products and features within the portfolio
- Apply systems thinking design new features across platforms
- Clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Partner with UX Research to plan studies to inform your design decisions and influence future direction for your team's roadmap
- Represent UX autonomously in broad and complex settings, often times driving product stream forward with low touch leadership
- Deliver guest and educator experiences that meet or beat success criteria, driving positive change in defined metrics
- Contribute to all scrum team ceremonies, representing design
- Provide support and feedback to design teammates to cultivate designs and culture that feels harmonious
- Evangelize and contribute to the evolution of the product design process with other design leaders and managers on the team
Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped work.
- BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience) in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI/Design Diploma or Degree, or a related area
- Advanced skills in user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility for mobile and web.
- Expertise with Figma and collaborative tools such as Miro.
- Superior relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking
- Expertise across all facets of human-centered design and user experience, spanning UX strategy, experience/interaction design, user research, prototyping, visual design and user adoption
- Demonstrable experience creating a wide variety of UX artifacts (e.g. IA, journey maps, user flows, CX Maps, wireframes, hi-fi designs, prototypes etc.)
- Compelling presentation skills to build and share inspiring visual stories with credibility, clarity, and confidence
- Well versed in facilitation techniques that enable groups to build clarity and alignment
- Practical understanding (including capabilities, patterns and limitations) of current technologies used to build rich experiences for native iOS and responsive web
- Experience translating qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions

Compensation And Benefits Package
- lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
- The typical hiring range for this position is from
- $132,600 - $174,000 CAD
- annually
- ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
- As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
