About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search and Elevation products
- Document high level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs
- Attend, participate, and lead agile ceremonies; demonstrate completed features to stakeholders
- Make data informed decisions based on organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, and emerging trends
- Measure and report on the success of features and enhancements
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to iterate solutions
- Define feature sizes and participate in sizing sessions
- Ensure continuous feedback cycle from stakeholders and guests through backlog grooming and prioritization
- Partner with technology team on training and rollout of new features
- Identify and lead change management activities for rollout to impacted stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital product management experience with emphasis on guest facing or customer service applications
- Minimum BA/BS degree from a four year accredited university
- Experience with digital technologies, e commerce, and mobile applications
- Strong core consulting skills and cross functional relationship skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
- Ability to drive results independently and thrive in collaborative environments
- Authorization to work in Canada/US

- The Global Digital Product Management team is part of the Global Digital & Omni Team.
- This role is specifically for the Ranking, Intelligence, Search & Elevation team (RISE).
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding how Search and Elevation products align with overall business strategy.
- Create and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mid scale products.

Qualifications

- Preference for experience with Search Engine and Recommender platforms.
- Strong core consulting skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing executive level presentations.

Compensation and Benefits Package
- Typical hiring range: CAD 132,600 CAD 174,000 annually.
