About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead transport planning studies including traffic impact assessments, mobility strategies, and master planning inputs
- Develop and review transport models, demand forecasts, and multi modal transport solutions
- Provide strategic input into masterplans, ensuring alignment with land use, infrastructure, and phasing
- Coordinate with urban planning, highways, infrastructure, and design teams to ensure integrated solutions
- Manage design consultants and review deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance
- Engage with stakeholders, authorities, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and align on transport strategies
- Support project teams in resolving complex transport related challenges during design and delivery phases
- Ensure adherence to best practices in sustainability, safety, and accessibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in transport planning within large scale developments
- Strong experience in transport modelling tools and traffic impact analysis
- Proven ability to lead multi disciplinary coordination and stakeholder engagement
- In depth knowledge of regional/international transport standards and guidelines
- Professional membership or chartership preferred
