- Develop comprehensive fire strategy reports and performance based design solutions
- Conduct onsite inspections during construction to ensure adherence to fire strategy
- Coordinate and present projects to approving authorities
- Review material submittals and shop drawings for compliance
- Mentor and manage junior staff
- Take commercial and technical leadership for FLS projects, owning client relationships
Requirements
- Experience in delivering Fire and Life Safety strategies for major infrastructure and building projects
- Proficient in International Building Code, International Fire Code, Saudi Building Codes, and NFPA standards
- Experience with CFD modeling (1D/3D)
- Experience with BIM (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit)
- Strong leadership and client management skills

Job Overview

Responsibilities
