The Role The Senior Test Analyst will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable technology solutions that support our members, business teams and broader organisational outcomes. This is a hands-on testing role suited to an experienced quality professional who enjoys working across both manual and automated testing, partnering with stakeholders and helping improve how quality is embedded throughout delivery. You’ll work across Agile, iterative and traditional delivery environments, supporting the full testing lifecycle from requirements review and test planning through to execution, defect management, reporting and release readiness. Key responsibilities
Plan, design, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases based on business requirements, technical specifications and user stories.
Perform functional, integration, system, API, database and regression testing to validate solution quality and business readiness.
Develop, maintain and improve automated test scripts, including support for automation frameworks and CI/CD testing practices.
Create and manage test data to ensure suitable coverage across testing activities.
Identify, document, track and retest defects, working closely with development teams to support timely resolution.
Contribute to test planning, estimation, risk assessment, quality reporting and release readiness activities.

About you
5+ years’ experience in software testing across manual, automation, API, integration and regression testing.
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline (desired)
Experience working across Agile, iterative and/or waterfall delivery environments, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Software Testing Lifecycle.
Proven ability to translate business requirements, functional specifications and user stories into effective test cases, test scenarios and test coverage.
Experience with test management, defect management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, TestRail or similar.
Automation experience using Selenium with C# or equivalent automation tools and frameworks.
Experience with API testing and database validation using tools such as Postman and SQL.
Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools and practices into delivery and quality assurance processes to improve efficiency and overall delivery outcomes.
