Find out more at defencehealth.com.au The Role The Finance System Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of Defence Health’s financial systems. This role involves ensuring integrity, performance, and reliability of finance related software applications and platforms. The Finance System Administrator will work closely with the Finance team, IT team and external vendors to support Defence Health’s financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Key accountabilities include: • Managing and maintaining financial systems, including ERP systems, accounting software, and other financial applications. • Providing technical support to finance and accounting staff, resolving system-related issues and answering user queries. • Providing technical support to finance and accounting staff, resolving system-related issues and answering user queries. • Providing technical support to finance and accounting staff, resolving system-related issues and answering user queries. About you • 3+ years of experience in finance system administration, financial systems analysis, or a related role. • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance or Information Technology. • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and financial software applications (Oracle Fusion, Infor SUN Systems and Adaptive Insights would be preferred). • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
