Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with emphasis on research and innovation
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
- Proven experience leading technical research teams in industry or academia
- Deep expertise in modern AI/ML techniques (deep learning, NLP, generative AI, optimization)
- Track record of developing novel models, frameworks, or applied research solutions
- Experience translating research into real world business applications
- Strong collaboration experience with engineering and data platform teams
- Authorization to work in Canada

- The Enterprise Data & AI organization owns and builds data and AI platforms and services for lululemon.
- The AI/ML Research team explores, develops, and advances cutting edge AI capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- As Senior Director, you are accountable for advancing AI capabilities through research, development, and delivery of innovative AI models.
- Report to senior technology leadership and lead a lean, highly specialized team of AI research and applied scientists.
- Serve as a critical bridge between state of the art AI research and enterprise business problems.

Compensation And Benefits Package
- Typical hiring range: CAD 223,500 CAD 293,350 annually.
