About the Role
Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is looking for a Senior Technician in Engineering to attend to maintenance requests for guest rooms, including breakdowns and planned repairs. The role requires 5+ years of hotel engineering experience, knowledge of mechanical and plumbing trades, and the ability to work independently.

- Attend to maintenance requests (breakdown, planned and other wise) relating to guest rooms
- Report and follow up the entire major and minor repair and maintenance tasks related to guest rooms
- In case of recurrent deficiency or defect, suggest and get alternative solutions implemented in coordination with the team leader and other superiors
- Keep all electrical panels, storage areas and access leading to the roof locked
- Request support, direction and assistance as needed or required by situations and work
- Be familiar with and comply with all relevant technical services department policies and processes and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Good command of English Language spoken and written
- General knowledge about mechanical, plumbing and other trades
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel engineering field or 5 years general engineering construction work experience
- Ability to work independently
- Capability to carry out root cause analysis
