Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Proficiency in system integration, deployment, and configuration management
- Solid understanding of digital infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network fundamentals
- Experience with project coordination and technical project management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with capacity to document technical processes
- Experience with agile methodologies and development practices (preferred)
- Familiarity with API management and integration tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (preferred)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and analytics tools (preferred)

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Senior Technician Digital Delivery to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital delivery infrastructure, ensuring seamless system performance, and supporting the deployment of digital solutions across the enterprise.
- You will work collaboratively with cross functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement improvements, and maintain the highest standards of operational efficiency.
