Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in large scale facilities or stadiums
- In depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to stadium operations, including local Saudi Arabian regulations
- Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- First Aid and CPR certification

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at our cutting edge stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our facility, staff, and visitors during various events and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for the stadium.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors.
- Manage emergency response planning and coordinate with local authorities and emergency services.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local Saudi Arabian and international HSE regulations and standards.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HSE software and data management tools.
- Familiarity with stadium operations, crowd management, and sports event safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
