About the Role

- Monitor and ensure all architectural engineering aspects are carried out per inspection plan, drawings, codes, and specifications
- Liaise with Senior Architectural Engineer and other engineers to provide support and guidance
- Review and monitor variations to mitigate time and cost impacts
- Monitor contractor's compliance with approved Quality Control Plan
- Conduct site inspections for architectural works and materials
- Issue NCRs to contractors and assist in corrective actions
- Maintain full site records, daily diaries, and monthly progress photography
- Monitor HSE related matters and participate in HSE training and meetings

Job Description
- Monitoring and ensuring that all architectural engineering aspects of the project are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with the Senior Architectural Engineer and other Engineers and Managers to provide support and guidance.
- Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes.
- Monitor the review of the contractor’s documents/shop drawings to flag and rectify issues.
- Monitor contractor’s compliance with approved Quality Control Plan.
- Monitor safety aspects when dealing with architectural installations.
- Provide reports on the progress of the architectural aspects of the project.
- Assist in expediting NOCs from relevant authorities.
- Maintain full site records, including daily site diaries and formal monthly progress photography.
- Expedite approvals from the Client if stalled.
- Liaise with management of contractors to expedite submissions and approvals.
- Perform and evaluate tests confirming quality requirements.
- Field checks placement, location and quality of architectural finishes.
