Role Overview
Support the sales process for new equipment products across Otis Saudi Arabia.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to gather technical and commercial data for tender responses.
Perform duties in accordance with applicable business policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents and coordinate document collection for client submissions.
- Prepare compliance documents, RFIs, ELOG records, quotations, contract forms, and booking documentation.
- Support costing, estimation, pre-qualification, and material submittal preparation.
- Create CRM and ELOG records for new inquiries and update flash and booking forecasts.
- Provide other work-related support required by the Major Projects Sales Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales operations experience in a construction or engineering organization.
- At least 2 years in positions with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
- Certified Sales Associate or equivalent certification is preferred.
