Role overview
Drive growth of Otis’s renovation business by identifying leads, building a sales pipeline, negotiating orders, and aligning solutions with client needs.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal business policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Location
- The role is based at Otis L.L.C, The One Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage renovation and off-portfolio replacement enquiries from initial contact through project completion.
- Prepare estimates and quotations for unit upgrades, renovation projects, and additional repairs.
- Develop client relationships and engage key contacts to understand and meet their evolving needs.
- Secure renovation and replacement orders and integrate them into existing service frameworks.
- Oversee an elevator-unit portfolio and maintain customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and provide timely communication.
- Generate business through cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders.
- Execute sales plans, track opportunities in CRM, forecast results, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct complex negotiations and collaborate with sales and field colleagues on project execution.
