- Lead full cycle recruitment for technical and project focused roles, primarily within Energy & Natural Resources
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing market insights and shaping recruitment strategies
- Conduct intake meetings to define requirements, hiring timelines, success profiles, and selection criteria
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive outreach, market mapping, competitor research, and relationship building
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and transparent process management
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high priority, and niche roles
- Collaborate with the broader TA team to support recruitment initiatives and diversity focused sourcing efforts
- Provide coaching and support to junior team members as needed
Requirements
- 5 6+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally within technical, engineering, construction or energy/natural resources environments
- Proven ability to recruit for technical and project based roles and engage passive candidates through proactive sourcing and market mapping
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to provide strategic guidance and influence decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high volume environment

Qualifications
