- Design, architect, and implement enterprise level solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps to address complex business challenges
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs
- Provide strategic consulting guidance to clients on digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization
- Lead the customization and configuration of Microsoft platforms to align with organizational objectives and best practices
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends within the Microsoft ecosystem
Requirements
- 7 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, consulting, or enterprise technology implementation
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint (design, configuration, and customization)
- Expert level knowledge of Power Automate (workflow automation and process optimization)
- Expert level knowledge of Power Apps (canvas and model driven app development)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence
- Hands on experience in the construction industry or related sectors
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud based technologies
- Degree in software engineering or related field
