Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, consistent, and decision ready cost, schedule, and performance reporting across multiple workstreams
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and transform data from Finance, Planning, Project Controls, PMCs, and Contractors
- Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and apply Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Analyze integrated cost, schedule, earned value, and payments data to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and package level reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Present performance through monthly bars, cumulative curves, and trend analysis
- Ensure consistent application of package, project, and workstream structures, codes, and definitions
- Support a single source of truth through standardized templates, data validation, and governance
- Align reporting outputs with systems such as Oracle Unifier
- Provide training and coaching to teams to support adoption of new reporting upgrades and processes
- Continuously improve reporting quality, data flows, and dashboard usability

Role Description
- The Senior Project Control Engineer will be part of the Turner & Townsend Advisory team internally and the client representative at a project level.
- The incumbent will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The Senior Project Control Engineer will operate in a collaborative supporting team environment, ensuring that client objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, consistent, and decision ready cost, schedule, and performance reporting across multiple workstreams and packages.
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and transform data from Finance, Planning, Project Controls, PMCs, and Contractors.
- Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance and trends.
- Analyze integrated cost, schedule, earned value, and payments data to provide clear, actionable insights for management decision making.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and package level reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
