Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, consistent, and decision ready cost, schedule, and performance reporting across multiple workstreams and packages
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and transform data from Finance, Planning, Project Controls, PMCs, and Contractors
- Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess performance and trends
- Analyze integrated cost, schedule, earned value, and payments data to provide clear, actionable insights for management decision making
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and package level reports using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Present performance through monthly bars, cumulative curves, and trend analysis
- Ensure consistent application of package, project, and workstream structures, codes, and definitions
- Support a single source of truth through standardized templates, data validation, and governance
- Align reporting outputs with systems such as Oracle Unifier
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, clearly explaining performance, variances, and risks
- Provide training and coaching to teams to support adoption of new reporting upgrades, processes, and updates
- Continuously improve reporting quality, data flows, and dashboard usability
Requirements
- Strong Power BI skills and experience
- Minimum 10 12 years' post graduate experience
- Regional experience with professional consultancy
- Knowledge of multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and/or other planning and resourcing software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of project management and Planning software and tools
- BSc Degree in relevant field is preferred
