About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end development, review, and maintenance of bilingual (Arabic/English) digital content
- Create clear, concise, and user friendly UX micro copy, including notifications, alerts, error messages, field labels, instructions, and service guidance
- Ensure all content is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and optimized for digital user experiences
- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Adhere strictly to Dubai Police content standards, approved terminology, and official tone of voice guidelines
- Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, developers, translators, and business stakeholders
- Review and validate translated content to ensure accuracy and consistency between Arabic and English versions
- Drive content quality assurance and governance across all service journeys
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Technical Writing, or a related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical writing, UX writing, digital content management, or content design
- Strong experience creating content for digital platforms, websites, mobile applications, or government services
- Deep understanding of UX writing principles, content design, and localization best practices
- Exceptional proofreading, editing, and content governance skills
- Experience working within government, public sector, or highly regulated environments is highly preferred

Role Overview

- The ideal candidate will combine exceptional writing skills, UX content expertise, and a deep understanding of localization and government communication standards.
