- Demonstrated experience leading CD to TD packages independently
- Excellent communication and client facing presentation skills
- Strong façade detailing experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Overview
- We are currently partnering with a boutique design practice in Dubai that is looking to expand their team and hire a Senior Technical Architect.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable technical architect who is confident leading complex design packages and driving projects through Construction Documentation (CD) and Technical Design (TD) stages.
- The candidate should combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients and consultants.
- You will play a key role in delivering high quality technical outcomes, with particular emphasis on detailed coordination and façade development across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design development across CD and TD stages

Salary
- AED 25,000 – 30,000 per month
